A lot of people are giving me shit for taking pictures of my daughter.
I think this is a beautiful picture, and I wanted to take the time to say that :)

why else would there be section called infants and children photography if you aren't suppose to post kids pictures here, of course they are meant to be artistic but thats about it

Yeah I know.
But people on this website take pictures of their kids.
They have fun. Dress up, and play with their kids while they do it.
I take SO many pictures in the moments we play and I have to go through a lot of them to find the few keepers.
She giggles and rolls around, and she likes holding the phone up like it's a mirror, and she smiles and makes faces.
People are trying to basically tell me I am a bad mother because of that, the fact I have her on insurance, and the fact I don't care if she is in child modeling IF she wants to be in it in the future.
I think it's the stupidest things I've heard.. I don't know, ever.
If she turns into miss Lohan or Honey boo boo, then there is a serious issue, feel free to bash the shit out of me for being a shit mother who doesn't supervise her child and lets her do whatever the shit she wants to do.

I'm sorry to hear you feel that way, but don't let others get to you that way and try dictate what kind of mother you are, I'm sure you are a brilliant one!! That's it have fun with your child and as long they enjoy what they are doing what's wrong with that, my daughter loves the attention she gets when we play dress up and I take pics of her, and I know when she's had enough and then we stop and just chill out together.

EXACTLY.
If you listen to you kid, and make choices based on her wants, and what she is telling you-
You're a good parent.
Why?
You listen :)
Thank you for the kind words.

that's right, best gift you give your child is your time with them, because that's what they will remember, you being there for them, or not. So many "good parents" are out there (over) providing so much for their kids that they forget the most important, which is you being with your child :) Of course there is a balance about providing and filling your kids wants too, but I don't think you can over do with the time spent with them. Just keep up the good work and have fun with your daughter, get some fancy dress up stuff, I get mine from ebay and they love it, glittery dresses, shoes and a bit of pink lip palm and fancy hairbands, and they are good to go :) I'm planing to do red riding hood photoshoot soon with my daughter, that should be fun :)

aaaw bless her, take lots of pictures of her little tiny feet, her first shoes and her firs everything, also take picture of your and her hands holding onto each other. Because they grow so fast, before you realise they are teenagers with attitude :) . So you got something to look back and remember why you love them and why you want to keep loving them, as teen age years last only for a "moment" And it's nice that she remember those moments too.
I loved taking pics when my kids were sleeping, early morning when they just started waking up and they still had a bit of sleep in their eyes, so sweet :)
